BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Azerbaijan has seen the advantages of the new governance system in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with Azerbaijan Television in Nakhchivan.
“We have seen the advantages of the new governance system in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur,” President Ilham Aliyev stated.
The President expressed confidence that the benefits of the system are also evident to the more than 90,000 people currently living in those territories.
“I am confident that more than 90,000 people already living there also see this. The same governance model – the Special Representative Office of the President – has also been introduced in Nakhchivan,” the head of state added.
