BERLIN, Germany, July 21. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the “Villa Borsig” residence in Berlin to meet with President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, TurkicWorld's special correspondent reports.
