Bishkek, Oct. 9, 2023. / Kabar /. The Signing Ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of the Turkic World Union of Notaries was held on 5 October 2023 in Ankara.
The Ministers of the Justice and Chairmen of Notaries of Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Türkiye, Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Secretary General and Chairman of the Council of Elders of the OTS attended the Ceremony.
The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev had a speech during the Ceremony and emphasized the importance of the cooperation of the Turkic states in the field of law and justice. He praised the establishment of Turkic World Union of Notaries mentioning that the Union would contribute to the relations among citizens of the Turkic countries, including the business circles.
At the conclusion of the event, the Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of the Turkic World Union of Notaries was signed.
