His Excellency President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressed his full solidarity and sincere support for the peoples of the Kuwait, the Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the Qatar, and the Bahrain, amid the difficult circumstances and security challenges facing these brotherly countries.
In personal messages sent to the leaders of these Gulf states, President Tokayev strongly condemned all military actions targeting the undermining of the sovereignty of these countries, their territorial integrity, and the security of their peoples.
He emphasized that Kazakhstan categorically rejects any attempts to destabilize the region, considering such actions a flagrant violation of the principles of international law and relations between states.
The Kazakh President explained in his messages that his country firmly believes in the necessity of resolving all complex international disputes and problems solely through peaceful diplomatic means, away from any military escalation or hostile actions.
He pointed out that peace and dialogue are the only way to achieve regional and international stability, affirming Kazakhstan's commitment to the principles of constructive cooperation and mutual respect among states.
President Tokayev also announced the readiness of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide any possible assistance to the brotherly Arab countries in this critical moment and expressed hope for the continuation of practical and intensive communications with the highest leadership in these countries to strengthen the fraternal relations and strategic partnership that bind Kazakhstan to the Arab Gulf states.
These messages come in the context of escalating regional tensions, as an expression of Kazakhstan's firm stance in support of sovereignty and regional security in the Gulf region.
It is worth noting that relations between Kazakhstan and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries have witnessed remarkable development in recent years, both politically, economically, and culturally, with high-level visits exchanged and joint cooperation agreements signed in the fields of energy, investment, and trade.
President Tokayev's position reflects Kazakhstan's commitment to its role as a responsible state on the international stage, seeking to promote peace and stability in various regions of the world and supporting diplomatic efforts to settle differences through constructive dialogue.
