BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 15. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with the World Bank's Regional Director for the South Caucasus Rolande Pryce, TurkicWorld reports.
According to the information, the meeting approved the successful results of joint projects implemented within the framework of a long-term, effective partnership between Azerbaijan and the World Bank covering various spheres.
The sides exchanged views on the progress of currently implemented projects as well as the development of a new Country Partnership Framework Program, which will cover 2025–2029, following the World Bank's directions and Azerbaijan's development priorities.
The prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the World Bank in several areas, including within the framework of COP29, were also discussed.
