BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 8, Eight Palestinians were killed and 17 others wounded in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
The ministry said Israeli forces continued military operations across the enclave during the reporting period.
In its daily update, the ministry added that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and on roadsides, while emergency and civil defence teams are still unable to reach them.
According to the ministry, the latest figures bring the total number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, to 1,084.
It added that 3,491 people have been wounded and 799 bodies have been recovered during the same period.
