BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 4. The Lebanese Health Ministry says the death toll from Israeli attacks since March 2 has reached 4,303, with 12,202 people wounded.
According to the report, Israel continues to carry out strikes targeting what it describes as Hezbollah positions inside Lebanon, despite recently signing a US-sponsored framework agreement aimed at reducing tensions.
The ongoing escalation comes amid continued cross-border violence and concerns over further deterioration of the security situation in southern Lebanon and other affected areas.
