BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 1. Israeli forces have blocked all access points to the occupied West Bank town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, according to Palestinian authorities.
The Palestinian government's communication centre said Israeli troops closed the town's entrances using iron gates, earth mounds and military bulldozers.
As a result, Sinjil has become "completely isolated" due to the blockade, the statement said.
Meanwhile, Palestine's Quds News Network reported that Israeli settlers were preparing new mobile homes on Ras Hill in the village of Um Safa, north of Ramallah.
The report comes amid a reported increase in Israeli military raids and settler attacks across the occupied West Bank.
