Israeli military issues new displacement orders for six villages in southern Lebanon

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 30. The Israeli military has issued a new displacement order affecting residents of six villages in southern Lebanon as tensions along the border continue to escalate.

TurkicWorld reports.that in a statement published on X, Israeli military Arabic-language spokesperson Avichay Adraee called on residents of Marwaniyah, Lubya, Midoun, Ansariyah, Zafta and Teffahta to immediately evacuate their homes and relocate north of the Zahrani River.

“You must evacuate your homes immediately and move north of the Zahrani River. Anyone present near Hezbollah elements, facilities, and combat means endangers their life,” the statement said.

The latest warning marks the third displacement order issued by the Israeli military to residents of southern Lebanon on the same day.

Earlier notices were directed at residents of Jdeidet Ansar, Zrariyeh, Mazraat Kauthariyet el-Rez, Mashgharah, Mayfadoun, Choukine and Zebdine.

The orders come despite the existence of a ceasefire framework and amid continuing exchanges of fire between Hezbollah and Israeli forces along the border.

The situation in southern Lebanon remains highly volatile, with repeated evacuation warnings, military operations and security incidents contributing to growing concerns over civilian safety and regional stability.
