Israeli air strikes in southern Lebanon have destroyed roads, shops and residential buildings.

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 5.Israeli warplanes carried out air strikes this afternoon on the town of Harouf in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon. According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, a residential house was destroyed, and extensive damage was inflicted on the surrounding neighborhood. One civilian was also reportedly injured.

TurkicWorld reports that Israeli strikes also targeted an area near an orphanage along the Choukin–Nabatieh highway, bombing the road and rendering it unusable.

The air strikes reportedly destroyed dozens of shops and apartments as well. Israeli attacks also hit the towns of Qaaqaait al-Jisr, Deir Kifa, and Kfar Dounin.
