Minister of Education and Science Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva met with members of the board of governors of the Swiss foundation "PeaceNexsus".
The ministry reported that the parties discussed the initiative to include the concept of civic identity "Kyrgyz Jarany" in the transition to 12-year school education and signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The memorandum provides for advanced training of teaching staff, organizational work of preschool and general education organizations, the development of methodological proposals for educational and methodological complexes, state standards of school education, and the system of primary vocational education.
It is aimed at cooperation and mutual support in the development of proposals for the implementation of civic education within the framework of the state concept of "Kyrgyz Jarany" in the context of the transition to 12-year school education.
