KAZAN, Russia, October 23. The plane of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was escorted by military helicopters upon landing at the Kazan International Airport, TurkicWorld reports.
To note, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, on October 23 at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to participate in the Outreach / BRICS+ format of the XVI BRICS Summit.
A guard of honor was lined up at the Kazan International Airport in honor of our Head of State.
President Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.
