BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. The appeal complaint against the decision to extend the detention of former so-called "state minister" of the separatist regime in Azerbaijan's Karabakh, Ruben Vardanyan, was reviewed, TurkicWorld reports.
Vardanyan participated in the proceedings alongside his lawyer.
They requested the cancellation of the arrest decision.
The court, chaired by judge Gadim Babayev, examined the criminal case materials concerning Vardanyan, reviewed the circumstances of the case, and announced the final decision.
Based on the decision, the appeal was rejected as unfounded.
