BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 20. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Garabagh University in Khankendi following the renovation, TurkicWorld reports.
According to the information, a total of 1,104 students will hit the books at Garabagh University in the inaugural academic year.
The classes at Garabagh University for the 2024/2025 academic year will start on September 23.
