BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 20. As previously reported, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the inauguration of the newly renovated student dormitory at Karabakh University in Khankendi city on September 20, TurkicWorld reports.
According to the report, the dormitory has a capacity of 1,200 places.
This facility will be completely free of charge for both faculty and students.
