Uza. Observers of the OSCE limited referendum observation mission began their mission in Andijan.

Foreign observers visited the 2nd Andijan District Commission and met with the Chairman of the Commission K. Komilov. A dialogue was held on the activities of the district commission and the process of preparation for the referendum. The observers expressed their gratitude for the reception and noted that an upcoming referendum is an important event in the socio-political life of the country, and compliance with international standards in this process will serve to further strengthen democratic principles.

International observers took part in a training session for members of the precinct commissions of the city of Andijan, organized by the 45th precinct commission, and observed a model event on the rules and procedures for voting on the day of the referendum and the counting of votes.
