SAMARKAND, Uzbekistan, September 25. Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Samarkand to participate in the annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB),TurkicWorld reports via presidential press service.
The AIIB is holding its first annual meeting in Central Asia under the theme of "Building Resilient Infrastructure for All," taking place on September 25-26, 2024.
Over two days, more than 25 panel discussions will focus on innovations in infrastructure financing, climate resilience, sustainable development, and the digital transformation of infrastructure projects.
