Uza.At the invitation of the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to this country on 1-2 October.

In accordance with the program of stay, it is planned to hold bilateral talks at the highest level and participate in the opening ceremony of the international exhibition Expo 2023 Doha – “Green Desert, Better Environment”.

During the upcoming talks, the leaders will discuss the state and prospects for developing cooperation between Uzbekistan and Qatar and exchange views on current international and regional issues.

Following the state visit, a package of documents is expected to be signed to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields.
