BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay has commented on the health state of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, TurkicWorld reports citing Turkish media.
Oktay noted that the head of state had a mild cold.
"The health of our President is very good. We are in constant communication. He has a mild cold," he said.
