BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be attending the Outreach / BRICS+ format of the XVI BRICS Summit in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, TurkicWorld reports.
Erdogan will also hold bilateral meetings with heads of state and government during his two-day visit.
Discussions will focus on steps to strengthen bilateral relations with both BRICS and participating countries.
