Bishkek, Sept. 27, 2022 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the death of people as a result of a shooting at a school in the city of Izhevsk.

“With great regret and a sense of empathy, I received the tragic news of human casualties as a result of the shooting at school No. 88 in the city of Izhevsk, the Udmurt Republic of the Russian Federation.

On behalf of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic and on my own behalf, I express my deep condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all those affected by this tragedy.

I share the pain and bitterness of an irreparable loss,” says in the telegram of the head of state.
