A meeting was held between the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States

BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 4. On February 4, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), Mr. Ramil Hasan, paid his first visit to the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation following his appointment. Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with the President of the Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, TurkicWorld reports.

During the meeting, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova warmly congratulated Mr. Ramil Hasan on his appointment as Secretary General of TURKPA and expressed her great pleasure in welcoming the TURKPA delegation to the Foundation.

The meeting reviewed the current state of cooperation between the two institutions and featured an extensive exchange of views on opportunities for implementing joint initiatives, as well as on strengthening mutual dialogue on a more solid institutional basis.

The parties emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts aimed at preserving and promoting the shared historical, cultural, and spiritual values of the Turkic world at the international level. In this context, it was noted that the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States are two brotherly institutions that complement each other and play mutually reinforcing strategic roles. The meeting also addressed prospects for deepening cooperation in the fields of cultural heritage promotion, humanitarian cooperation, and joint projects in the period ahead.

The meeting was assessed as an important platform for strengthening the links between cultural and parliamentary diplomacy within the Turkic world.
