BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 5. On December 4, 2025, a meeting was held between the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, and the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Sayasat Nurbek, TurkicWorld reports.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the fields of science and education across the Turkic world, promoting joint scientific research projects, strengthening inter-university academic ties, and advancing exchange programs for young scholars.
President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova provided information on the Foundation’s ongoing projects aimed at studying and promoting cultural heritage, noting that the planned Summer School initiative, to be implemented in cooperation with leading higher education institutions worldwide, will further enhance opportunities for scientific exchange in the near future.
Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Sayasat Nurbek emphasized that the Ministry highly values the activities of the Foundation and underscored its readiness to support initiatives carried out in this direction.
The meeting concluded with a productive exchange of views on current issues and discussions on concrete cooperation plans for the near future.
