Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan, Russia's Tatarstan seal cooperation deal

DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, September 5. The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan and Russia's Tatarstan Republic signed a cooperation agreement during a business forum in Dushanbe, TurkicWorld reports.

Over sixty Tajikistani businesses participated in the forum's business-to-business (B2B) sessions, as reported by the Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

"It is encouraging that companies from Tatarstan are eager to continue collaboration with partners from Tajikistan, and our business mission is proof of that. I know that Tajikistan is actively working on establishing technology parks. Tatarstan is ready to offer all its accumulated positive experience," Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan and Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko, said.

According to Head of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan Sherali Kabir, the main goal of the forum is to increase industrial cooperation between Tajikistan and Tatarstan, boost investments, and prepare new professionals.

The business mission orchestrated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tatarstan will be in full swing until September 6. During the visit, there will be chances to delve into Tajikistan's economic prowess and pay a visit to diverse enterprises.
