BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 28. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree marking Constitution Day.
Among those honored under the decree is Hikmat Javad, head of the Azerbaijani diaspora and chairman of the United Diaspora of Azerbaijanis in Ukraine. He was awarded the Order of Merit, Third Class.
