BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 27. A phone conversation was held on June 27 between Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, according to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
TurkicWorld reports that during the call, the two sides discussed issues arising from the allied relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, as well as the agenda of strategic cooperation between the two countries. They also exchanged views on coordination and joint activities within international and regional organisations.
The ministers underlined that high-level political dialogue and mutual support form the foundation of bilateral relations, stressing the importance of continuing close cooperation across all areas of mutual interest.
The conversation also included an exchange of views on the regional security situation, post-conflict developments, and ongoing steps aimed at ensuring peace and stability in the region.
