Kyrgyzstan, UAE sign number of bilateral documents following high-level talks in Abu Dhabi

Bishkek, Nov. 1, 2022. /Kabar/. Following the talks between the Presidents of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan a number of bilateral documents were signed in Abu Dhabi aimed at deepening interstate partnership.

Thus, the following documents were signed:

- Agreement on cooperation between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on the establishment of a Joint Holding Company in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Exchange notes on amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding on a visa-free regime for holders of diplomatic passports, in terms of establishing a visa-free regime for holders of official passports between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the UAE;

- Agreement on environmental protection between the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Climate Change and the Environment of the UAE;

- Agreement on the establishment of sister city relations between Bishkek and Abu Dhabi;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the UAE Cyber ​​Security Council and the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the UAE;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Infrastructure Energy of the UAE;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Central Bank of the UAE;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the State Commission for Religious Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the General Directorate for Islamic Affairs and Charities of the UAE.
