The face-to-face talks between the Head of the Russian delegation, an Aide to the Russian president Vladimir Medinsky and the Member of the Ukrainian delegation, the Head of the parliamentary faction of Ukraine’s ruling Servant of the People party David Arakhamia started in Istanbul, Turkey, a diplomatic source told TASS, TurkicWorld reports.
Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed the delegations. The ongoing talks in Istanbul are the first face-to-face meeting of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations since March 7.
