Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Ukraine Mevlut Cavusoglu and Dmytro Kuleba held phone talks, a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry told TASS, TurkicWorld reports.
"The situation in Ukraine and the upcoming talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul were discussed," the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
