BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 9. Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Peter Michalko congratulated Azerbaijan on November 9 - National Flag Day, the diplomat wrote on his X page, TurkicWorld reports.
"Congratulations to Azerbaijan and all Azerbaijani friends on the Day of the State Flag!" - the publication said.
To note, National Flag Day in Azerbaijan is celebrated on November 9, following a decree signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on November 17, 2009.
