ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 3. Armenia must fulfill all its obligations, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the 10th summit of heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Astana, TurkicWorld reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan has put an end to 30 years of occupation after the second Karabakh war. Türkiye feels great pride and joy at this historic victory.
"With Azerbaijan's victory, we are one step closer to peace and stability in the region. Evaluating the opening window of opportunity is our greatest desire," Erdogan added.
