BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 26. On October 26, at about 07:00 (GMT+4), Elchin Valiyev, a resident of the Talysh village, Terter district, has stepped on an anti-personnel mine, the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan told TurkicWorld.
Valiyev was immediately taken to the hospital. As a result of his injuries, one of his arms was amputated.
The fact is under investigation.
