BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 18. The EU welcomes the simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo via Lachin and Aghdam-Khankendi roads in Azerbaijan, European Council's President Charles Michel wrote on X (Twitter), TurkicWorld reports.
