BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 5. Israeli forces have carried out a new raid in the occupied West Bank’s Jenin governorate, entering the town of Yabad and establishing a military checkpoint, according to the Palestinian Wafa news agency.
Israeli police vehicles reportedly entered the centre of Yabad and pursued several people travelling on motorcycles. The forces later established a military checkpoint, where residents were stopped and their identification documents checked.
The raid comes after Israeli forces arrested three people in Jenin following a series of operations across the governorate.
The latest developments come amid continued Israeli military operations, arrests and raids across the occupied West Bank.
