BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. On April 14, 2026, as part of the official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova, met with the Rector of Almaty Management University (AlmaU), Mr. Timur Buldybayev, TurkicWorld reports.
The meeting demonstrated the consistent and constructive nature of the dialogue between the parties and laid the initial groundwork for future cooperation. During the discussions, potential areas of partnership in the fields of education, science, and culture were explored. In particular, the sides discussed possible joint initiatives with higher education institutions aimed at studying and promoting the shared heritage of the Turkic world.
During the meeting, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova emphasized the importance of synergy between modern educational approaches and cultural heritage. She noted that the academic environment plays a key role in fostering among young people a strong connection to the rich heritage of the Turkic world, and that cooperation with innovative higher education institutions such as AlmaU will open up new opportunities for understanding and promoting this heritage.
In turn, Rector Timur Buldybayev highly appreciated the activities of the Foundation, particularly highlighting its role in strengthening spiritual ties among Turkic states. It was noted that the university is ready to cooperate in the field of academic research and international promotion of this heritage.
It was emphasized that such meetings create a solid foundation for the implementation of joint initiatives in the future and for building sustainable partnerships.
