BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 30. A magnitude 4 earthquake struck the Turkish province of Kutahya, Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said, TurkicWorld reports.
The epicenter of the tremors was in the Gediz district of Kutahya.
