BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 22. An earthquake has been recorded in the Caspian Sea, TurkicWorld reports.
According to the Republican Seismological Service Center, the quake measured 3,1 on the Richter scale and struck at 10:09 p.m. local time.
The epicenter was located 50 km below the surface.
