Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Monday, March 28, on the air of the Ukrainian media spoke about the upcoming negotiations with Russia in Istanbul, TurkicWorld reports citing Izvestiya.
According to him, the minimum program includes the discussion of humanitarian issues, the maximum program includes a ceasefire and the achievement of a stable agreement on this.
He noted that at the moment the parties have not reached an agreement on any item.
Kuleba also stressed that the Ukrainian side is not ready to "renounce territories, people and sovereignty".
