President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov has arrived in the Republic of Korea for an official visit, his press service said.
At the airport in Seoul, the Kyrgyz president was met by Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Jo Goo Re and other officials.
The national flags of Kyrgyzstan and Korea were hung on the flagpoles of the airport, a carpet was laid out, and a company of honor guard was lined up.
Bilateral talks are planned with Yoon Suk Yeol and Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Woo Won-shik.
The sides will discuss the whole range of Kyrgyz-Korean bilateral cooperation and prospects for their development, as well as exchange views on regional and international issues.
The visit will also include a meeting with President of the Assembly and Chair of the Council of the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
In addition, President Sadyr Zhaparov will meet with representatives of the Korean business community.
