Heydar Aliyev Foundation implements another project in Khachmaz for new academic year

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 16. Heydar Aliyev Foundation has implemented another project in Azerbaijan's Khachmaz district for the new academic year, TurkicWorld reports.

The secondary school, built in 1938 in the district's Istisu village, has fallen into disrepair over the past period, due to which the location for the foundation's next project in the field of education was chosen there.

The construction work, which began earlier this year for a new school, has been completed, and on Knowledge Day, the institution was handed over to students and teachers for operation.

The three-story school consists of two buildings and accommodates 320 students. It is equipped with necessary furniture and equipment, including specialized classrooms for physics, chemistry, biology, information technology, military training, medicine, vocational training, and laboratories, all provided with visual aids.

The school also features a library, an auditorium, a gymnasium, and an outdoor sports field.

Additionally, landscaping and greening work has been carried out in the schoolyard.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which has consistently focused on the education sector since its establishment and declared the development of this sector as a priority, demonstrates its support through programs such as "New School for New Azerbaijan" and "The Support to Education". The foundation’s educational complexes, constructed and renovated under its initiatives, aim to enhance the quality of education.
