BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 21. Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kim Jong Un, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, TurkicWorld reports.
The letter reads,
