BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 1. The first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Novruz holiday, TurkicWorld reports.
