BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 2. The King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of the Ramadan holiday, TurkicWorld reports.
