BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 18. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree "On Amendments to the decree ‘On Establishment of City Days in the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation’, TurkicWorld reports.
According to the decree, the date "September 20" is established as the Day of the cities of Khankendi, Khojaly, Khojavand, and Aghdara.
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, together with relevant special representations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, should take necessary measures to solve issues arising from this decree.
The Cabinet of Ministers should solve the issues arising from this decree.
