BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 1. A special representative of the President of Azerbaijan has been appointed in the Kalbajar district,TurkicWorld reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a corresponding decree.
According to the decree, Bashir Hajiyev was appointed special representative of the President of the Azerbaijan in the Kalbajar district.
The decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
