On October 19, 2026, as part of the working visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova, held a meeting with Dogdurbek Chontoev, Rector of Kyrgyz National University named after Yusuf Balasaguni.
During the meeting, the parties held detailed discussions on priority areas of strategic cooperation between the Foundation and the University, as well as prospects for implementing joint scientific and cultural initiatives and projects.
As part of the visit, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova familiarized herself with the new development concept of the Turkic Heritage Center operating under the University. The Center’s future plans and the proposed measures aimed at strengthening its research capacity, as well as promoting the academic study and dissemination of the shared cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples, were highly appreciated.
At the conclusion of the meeting, sincere gratitude was expressed to the University’s leadership for its comprehensive support in implementing joint initiatives and fostering a productive environment for cooperation. Confidence was also expressed that the partnership would continue to deepen and strengthen in the future.
