BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 2. Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Meder Abakirov received copies of credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of Indonesia to Kyrgyzstan (residence in Tashkent), Siti Ruhaini Dzukhayatin, TurkicWorld reports via Asharq Al-Awsat.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the current state and future directions of bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Indonesia, and expressed a common desire to further strengthen political dialogue, expand trade and economic, investment, educational and tourism ties.
The parties noted the importance of activating contacts between the foreign ministries of the two countries and developing mechanisms for permanent political consultations.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy minister wished the new ambassador success in her diplomatic mission.
