Zhaparov and Putin to launch construction of three schools in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 1, 2023. /Kabar/. Today, on September 1, Presidents of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov and Russia Vladimir Putin will take part in the video bridge format in the solemn ceremony of laying a capsule, symbolizing the start of construction of the first three joint Kyrgyz-Russian schools in Kyrgyzstan, press secretary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Erbol Sultanbaev told.

According to the project, nine state-of-the-art educational institutions will be built in all regions of the country. The construction itself will begin next year after the completion of design and survey work and the preparation of design estimates.

“The first three schools are planned to be put into operation in September 2025. Then three schools will be opened annually. As a result, more than 11,000 students will be able to study in nine schools by 2029,” he said.
