Bishkek, Aug. 28, 2023. /Kabar/. A meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan - Jeenbek Kulubaev and Palestine - Riyad Al-Maliki is taking place in Bishkek.
In his welcoming speech, the Kyrgyz foreign minister noted that this was the second visit of the Palestinian minister to Kyrgyzstan, the first one took place in 2018.
“I sincerely believe that your second visit will give a new impetus to the development of bilateral relations,” he said and expressed hope that the parties would be able to reach a new level in the development of political, socio-economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian relations.
In turn, Riyadh Al-Maliki said that Palestine is interested in developing bilateral ties and maintaining a political dialogue between the two countries.
He also expressed hope that after the visit, bilateral relations would reach a new level, taking into account the potential in bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Palestine.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Palestine, Riyad Al-Maliki, arrived in Kyrgyzstan for an official visit yesterday, August 27.
