A meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council and the VIII meeting of foreign ministers in the Central Asia-Russia format will be held in Almaty on April 11, reports the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, TurkicWorld reports citing KazTAG.
“On April 11, 2025, a meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council and the VIII meeting of foreign ministers in the Central Asia-Russia format will be held in Almaty,” reads the report.
The heads of the foreign ministries will discuss cooperation in the political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Regional security and the development of trade and logistics ties are also on the agenda.
